In addition to the duties, duties and powers mentioned in the Act, the other duties, duties and powers of the Meat Supervisor shall be as follows:-

(a) Inspecting the animal slaughter house from time to time. Giving instructions as needed,
(b) Supervise whether meat inspection work, cleaning and disinfection work is done properly,
(c) Giving necessary technical opinions, suggestions and instructions to meat inspectors (D) Supervising meat selling places and means of transportation (e) During the supervision of an animal slaughterhouse or a place where meat is sold, if any animal slaughterhouse is not found to be operating in accordance with the Act and these regulations, to stop its operation and inform the licensing authority about it,
(f) If it is found that the meat inspector has not performed the work required to be completed in accordance with the Act and these regulations, to recommend to the department to cancel his license with the reason for the mental apology,
(G) To perform other tasks as directed by the Government of Nepal from time to time
